Medium deep survey galaxy

Image of a normal spiral galaxy taken by the Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2) installed on the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). The object is seen face-on and is estimated to be at a distance of 5 to 7 billion light-years from Earth.
