Zooming in on NGC 4214
This video shows a zoom into the dwarf irregular galaxy NGC 4214.
This galaxy is ablaze with star-forming regions and newborn stars. A distinctive heart-shaped hollow, blown open by the stellar wind of young stars, can be seen at the end of this sequence, which combines ground-based imagery with high-resolution observations from the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope.
