The shipping is carried out with DHL for Germany and Fedex for other countries.
Shipping costs (in EUROS) are calculated per weight and for 5 different areas. Please note that we have changed our shipping policy towards products lighter than 2kg, for all of which we now apply a single shipping cost per zone.

Shipping costs are calculated per weight and for 5 different zones. Each zones has different delivery times.
- Germany: 2-4 working days
- EU, Zone 1: 4-12 working days
- Zone 2: 7-20 working days
- North America and Zone 3: 7-12 working days
- Zone 4: 8-20 working days
The estimated delivery times include handling time and exclude weekends, also there may, on occasions, be delays caused by unforeseen problems.
