Location of TMR-1C on the sky

Originally suspected to be the first directly detected planet outside our solar system follow up observations have shown that the object is most likley a backgrpund star whose light is has been dimmed and reddened by interestellar dust. However, even newer observations now brought the phantom planet back from oblivion.

This image shows the position of TMR-1C on the Sky, next to the constellation Taurus and the Pleiades.
